Hi! I'm Erin. I have over 10 years and 1000+ hours of teaching experience. I teach yoga professionally at the University of Iowa, and I have personally helped hundreds of people get started with their yoga practice.

 

I'm also in the middle of my advanced training with renowned yoga educator, Jason Crandell, and will complete that training in 2022.

 

Sharing yoga is my life's call, and I especially love helping people who are new to yoga discover their own way to practice.

 

 

WHY I CREATED

YOGA FOUNDATIONS

When I was having trouble getting pregnant, I felt like there was a mind-body gap.

 

I had of course heard of yoga, and I thought it might help, but I didn't know where to start. When I thought about attending a class, I felt intimidated, overwhelmed, and confused.

 

Now I've been teaching for more than a decade, and I wanted to provide a comprehensive, holistic course that would give curious and motivated students a solid foundation for their yoga practice.

 

If I could go back and say anything to my grieving, frustrated, younger self, it would be this:
